The word ''Causative'' has been taken from the word ''Cause'' which means reason. There are two subjects in this sentence. ''Direct Subject'' and ''Indirect Subject.''. Indirect Subject does not do the work itself but gets work form the Direct Subject. Get is the helping verb in this sentence.

1. Sanam gets the newspaper read by Saloni.

2. Sanjay gets documents attested by the principal.
