City-state in construction of anarchism

I have intended to recreate a society depicting an ideal society where all the people would be working for a few hours and will be eating for long. This city-state concept has been taken from Plato's idea. For bringing this system, I'm not going to be the statesman and there's no need for me to become a statesman first then bring change. But rather I would like to start a system where I will launch the projects that will break the backbone of the market. Basically, the city-state will be defeating the capitalistic marketplace.

Projects

1. HOTEL

The hotel is a great project to go to within the beginning of all projects cause it seems cheaper than other expensive projects. First, we will open a hotel where we will equally pay chefs, sweepers, and waiters. We'll not increase the rates at any cost. We will side some money for the modernization of the hotel. No worker will have the legal right to make a mess or create any drama. Anarchists will have the right to kick him any time.

2. PRIVATE SCHOOL

We'll open the school in which complete staff will be paid equally. And all of them will pay a little from their salaries for the school.

3. FIELD

It is the hardest move to the biggest change. In this move, we will defeat the market for vegetables. We'll sow vegetables in our fields and will harvest by the volunteers of the city-state. We will label the vegetables at our own rates. 

Motivational things for the common man

~ Aristocrats would be the first who will flee before the danger will shade over you. Example: Majors, Generals, Ministers, Bureaucrats, and bourgeoisies. 

~ No one could help you, for you are the only one who can stand for himself/herself.

After System establishment

The city would take the voluntary hours for the state in developmental cooperation.
